In the 2020 pandemic most student housing was left vacant given the restrictions set by the UK government.

 

By acting as a mediator between single let tenants and C4 landlords, Lesley Homes Lets (Formerly Lesley Homes) was able to provide all inclusive, quality accommodation to local professionals, mainly the NHS, handling over £7,000,000 worth of property in Brighton alone.​
