We are an independently owned agency operating mostly in Essex, East London, Hertfordshire and Brighton.

Holding over ten years local experience, we seek opportunities within the residential and commercial markets from single houses for sale to retirement villages. With an established lettings agency handling over £7,000,000 of residential property in Brighton alone and various development projects across the South East, we are continuously growing.

By providing an impartial service to those exploring their options on their opportunity, we can introduce reliable and reputable individuals to each other; with all parties holding the capability to deliver a solution to one another.

In 2016 I began my property career and soon found my passion for both Estate & Lettings Agency; so much so I started my own residential business in 2019 which then provided means for my continued interest into land and development in 2021.

After some time looking for my own development projects, in 2023 I decided to operate as agent instead; connecting more experienced professionals to the land, residential and commercial opportunities I come across.

I love delivering successful projects, providing excelled customer service along the way and introducing parties which lead to transactions - providing support for both sides of the deal in any agreement.
